• Exchanges are available for domestic orders only. International orders are return-only.

• Items must be free of odors, including smoke, perfume, or other strong scents.
• Maison De L’aube reserves the right to inspect all returned items. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted or refunded.

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Archive or limited-edition pieces
• Discounted items (including purchases with promo codes)
• Custom or pre-order items

4. Return Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which vary by weight and destination. Maison De L’aube does not provide prepaid return labels as standard.
• In certain cases, and at our sole discretion (e.g., repeat clients or exceptional service considerations), Maison De L’aube may cover or reimburse return shipping costs. This does not represent a general policy and is evaluated individually.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refunds
• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
• Unapproved returns will not be refunded. If you wish to have the item sent back, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

• Orders marked as a gift at checkout will be refunded as store credit.
• Orders not marked as a gift will be refunded to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for secure packaging and tracking. Maison De L’aube is not liable for lost or damaged return parcels.
